UK Entry Requirements for British Citizens – Important Travel Reminder
The UK Government has recently announced that all British citizens who are dual nationals and travelling to the UK must carry a valid British passport or a Certificate of Entitlement to the Right of Abode in a valid foreign passport.
The Home Office has confirmed that naturalisation or registration certificates are not valid travel documents. Travelling without the correct document may result in denied boarding or border delays.
Parents and guardians must also ensure that children and dependents hold the correct documentation before travel.
If you want a lawyer to assist you with a British Passport or certificate of entitlement to the right of Abode application, please do not hesitate to contact Visa and Migration Ltd.
