Changes to Financial Requirement for Appendix FM and Skilled Worker Visas to be announced
Thanks to the information published on the House of Common Library on 30 January 2024, there are new changes coming –
The new changes are –
The statement of changes is likely to be coming from 19 February 2024. The changes are being made to reduce the number of migrations to the UK.
People already in the UK on a spouse visa or who apply for the visa before the new rules come in place will not be affected by these changes.
People already in the UK on a Skilled Worker visa are unlikely to be affected by the changes of £38700. Some people could be paid less as the ones who are new entrants or PhD researchers.
