· You must prove your intention to leave the UK at the end of your visit
· You must prove that you will not live in the UK for extended periods through frequent or successive visits or make the UK your main home
· You must be able to pay for your return or onward journey and any other costs relating to your visit
· You must prove that you are in the UK for business activities which are allowed by the Visitor regulations
To prove the various eligibility requirements mentioned above, you need to submit the following documents:
Details of your current passport or other valid travel ID
Your return or onward journey tickets to prove that you intend to leave the UK at the end of your visit.
Documents such as an invitation letter from a UK company or organization to deliver a speech or training etc., as proof of all business activities you intend to perform whilst in the UK.
Documents such as your bank account statements or a letter from a third party who would meet your fund's requirement to prove that you have sufficient funds to meet all the costs, including travel, maintenance, and accommodation for the duration of your visit without accessing public funds
Travel documents that mention the dates on which you plan to visit the UK
Your last ten years' immigration record and details of your travel history
Details of an overseas employer or overseas company you are associated with
Details of the accommodation in the UK on your visit
Your current overseas contact and address details
Details of any past criminal or immigration offences you may have committed
