Legalisation, Certification and Apostille Service

Do you need to apply for a Legalisation, Certification and Apostille Service?
Speak to our experts to find out about our fast, friendly and affordable service

Should you need certain official UK documents ‘legalised’ or ‘certified’ from the  Legalisation Office to confirm that the signature, stamp or seal is from a UK public official body.

You might need to do the legalisation if officials in a country other than UK request you to provide a UK document and they’ve indicate that it must be legalised.

The Legalisation Office will always check the signature, stamp or seal. If it’s genuine, they’ll legalise the document by attaching a stamped official certificate (an ‘apostille’) to it.

You can get a UK public document ‘legalised’ - this means a signature, seal or stamped by a UK public official on the document is confirmed as genuine by the UK Government/ UK FCO office.

We provide same day legalisation service which costs you £300 + VAT including legalisation office fee, which means you can get the documents within 24 hours.

Should you want the postal service our prices are £200 +VAT and you will have the documents within approximate 2 weeks.

We also provide legalisation and certification of documents from Chinese Embassy/Consulate such as power of attorney for sale of property in China, if you are looking to get married in china you will need a certificate of no impediment will be required from Chinese Embassy/Consulate.
